The Journalism Club is presenting “A Conversation with Long Island Journalism Hall of Famers” on April 24 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. with Long Island Journalism Hall of Famers.
The program, which was organized in coordination with Press Club of Long Island chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists — the group that sponsors the LI Journalism Hall of Fame — will include former News 12 anchor Danielle Campbell, Newsday columnist Joye Brown and Lawrence Levy, a former Newsday editorial writer and investigative reporter who is now at Hofstra. Journalism professor Carl Corry, who is also an inductee, will moderate the discussion.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions.
Pizza and refreshments will be available.
The event, sponsored by the Office of Campus Activities and Student Leadership Development, will be held in Kreiling Hall, Room 207 A/B.
