Calling all DreamWorks fans welcome to the new DreamWorks Interest group that meets at the Ammerman Campus on Wednesdays from 12:30 to 1:30pm. Each meeting will be held during common hour at the Islip Arts Building in room 102.
The DreamWorks club will discuss movies such as The Wild Robot, Madagascar, How to Train Your Dragon, Shrek, and many more. In addition, we will be doing Kahoots and a lot more fun activities.
I am both the President and founder of this new interest group, as well as Dr. Peters, who is the club advisor and is very great with students. Please swing by if you are interested, currently we are looking for new office positions at the moment.
I have ideas for field trips, such as possible early screenings, discussing the history of the animation companies, and more.
Many of these movies are based on children’s literature such as Dog Man, which came out earlier this year and Captain Underpants, written by the same author Dav Pilkey. They are both graphic novels, so if you are into graphic novels like this you are more than welcome to join. As this interest group does include fun and humor.
If you have any questions or concerns about this club contact me by my Suffolk email [email protected] or by my email from the Western Press.
